Antrim switches on for Christmas!

THIS year's Switch On To Antrim promises to be the most exciting ever! On Friday 21 November, the evening may be chilly but the atmosphere will be hotting up from 5.45pm so get yourselves down to Market Square and enjoy the music, prizes and fun!
There will be festive frolics for everyone in the magical countdown to illuminate the town for Christmas, so bring all the family along for an evening of fun, Laughter and music, not forgetting the Special Children's Prize Draw with some mega-prizes to be won, and help to light Antrim up in style!
The action kicks off in Market Square as music will be provided by The Hootenanys, one of Northern Ireland's best live bands. Santa will arrive in his custom Santamobile, as the build up to the Christmas Lights Switch On and Prize Draw begins. The night will finish off with a spectacular fireworks display to get the Christmas spirit ablaze!
Loads of special characters and guests will be on hand to switch on the Illuminations and give away some great prizes in the Prize Draw, which include a Flip Camcorders, a Star Wars Light Saber and a host of High School Musical goodies!! Bring your Prize Draw slip along and don't miss your chance to grab yourself an early Christmas present!
The Christmas Illuminations Switch On Ceremony will begin at 6pm on Friday 21 November 2008, so come along to Market Square and join in with the Festive Fun!
