The life of Reilly! thumbnail

AFTER a playing career spanning a quarter of a century with Antrim Hockey Club, Alistair Reilly has decided to step down from playing senior hockey and take up a role as coach to Ballymena Hockey Club.
Over those 25 years Reilly played more than 500 matches for Antrim, scored around 200 goals - and made many friends.
And this week a number of those friends were present as Antrim and Newtownabbey Mayor Paul Hamill presented Alistair with a Council Plaque to mark his extraordinary service to Antrim Hockey Club.
