FOUR members of staff at Muckamore Abbey Hospital in Antrim have been suspended while police conduct an investigation into the alleged ill treatment of patients.
A spokesperson for the Trust which runs the hospital where acute inpatient care is provided to adults with an intellectual disability, behavioural or mental health problems, said that an incident had come to light several months ago.
