‘Another roll and you’d be dead’ thumbnail

AN Antrim woman has appeared in court for driving recklessly with drugs in her system.
Lynda Victoria Louise McDonald, of Birch Hill Meadows, crashed her car on the Lisnevenagh Road between Antrim and Ballymena after crossing both lanes, hitting the central reservation and 'rolling a number of times', a recent sitting of Ballymena Magistrate's Court heard.
District Judge Peter King told the 38-year-old: "Another roll and you would have been dead."
He disqualified McDonald from driving for four years and issued her with a two-month prison sentence suspended for two years following the incident last August 15.
