CYCLISTS and wheelchair pushers across Northern Ireland are gearing up for the return of the Freewheelers Lough Neagh tour.
The 75-mile challenge, now in its 20th year, is open to all levels of cyclists and wheelchair pushers.
Proceeds will go to support the survival of sports for disabled people across the province, including wheelchair basketball, wheelchair tennis and trackchair racing.
The event will see an estimated 150 participants pass through Randalstown, Toome, Ballyronan, Portadown, Lurgan and Crumlin before finishing at the Antrim Forum and being presented with a certificate to mark their achievement.
This year's event, organised by the Ulster Hand Cycling Association, will take place on Saturday August 7.
Participants are asked to assemble at the Antrim Forum Peace car park between 9am and 9.30am.
