Crash bang wallop! thumbnailPro Stocks winner Stuart Agnew accepts his trophy from Jessica Doak at Nutts Corner Oval.

THERE were thrills and spills aplenty at the Reliant Robin Irish Championship held at Nutts Corner Oval on Tuesday, December 27.
After wrapping up the Points Championship Billy McClean was in pole position with defending champ Rab Stewart on the outside.
However when the green flag was waved it was Stewart who dashed into the lead, leaving McClean in his wake and building up a considerable lead.
But just minutes in and the race was stopped when an almighty push from Ryan Wright on Lyle Watson sent him up in the air and into a somersault before hitting the fence.
Miraculously Watson climbed unscathed from his three-wheeler and the race was re-started with McClean fighting back for the top spot.
But just as he pulled away from the pack the red flags were waved again after Mat Stirling overturned.
At the third and final restart, McClean got away first and Anthony McIvor and Ian Bolton both got the better of Stewart.
McClean went on to clinch his first Reliant Robin Irish Championship with Anthony McIvor coming in a close runner up and Stewart claiming third. In the Irish Revenge event McIvor upped his performance to take first place.
Meanwhile Stevo McGrath ended Davy Haugh's domination of the Big Van Ulster Open Banger Championship as Haugh failed to finish the big race.
McGrath steamrolled his way to the front and just scraped through to win. Paul Compelli was the runner up and Steven Reynolds finished third.
Compelli had a bit of luck on his side, winning the next heat and going on to take the Destruction Derby.
Alan Haugh was the Entertainer of the Day and his cousin and team mate David Wright was awarded with the Best Presented Van Trophy.
In the supporting events Davy Clarke powered his way to the winning post in the Lightning Rod final. Gary Beggs was second and Stephen Emerson third.
A very completive 2ltr Hot Rod final saw the lead change on five different occasions before David McMenemy finally got his grip on the leading position making it stick to the finish line.
Derek Martin made a late impact on the race finishing runner up and Shane Murray also came good in the end for the third spot. Mark Heatrick, Andrew Murray and Glenn McDowell were next to finish in the top six.
Cochrane had better luck in the only heat winning well from Potter and Wayne Woolsey.
Jack Gilpin completed a fine double in the Junior Production Cars - coming first in the heat and keeping on track in the final to deprive McMillan a win in his last drive in the class.
Stuart Agnew also went home undefeated with a fine double in the Pro Stocks. The big field of cars saw plenty of good race action but it was Agnew who steered through to a super win ahead of Jason Smith, Ryan Abernethy and Dan McGreevy.
