Get on your bike!

Local cycling enthusiasts are being urged to join Antrim's only cycling club - Rule 5 Cycling Antrim.
The club's history only dates back to 2011 when local man Marc Morrow purchased a bike through the cycle to work scheme.
Out and about on his new wheels on a regular basis, Marc soon realised that cycling, particularly long distances, can be a lonely affair and he began to search for a cycling club in the town.
He was astonished to realise that no such club existed and so he joined Ballymena Road Club after seeing an ad posted by Laurence O'Neill on Gumtree.
“The commute to and from Ballymena early on a Sunday morning and a three or four-hour cycle did not really suit my home life and over the winter period I gradually fell away from the club," Marc admitted. "But Laurence continued on with BRC.
“During this period I was actively encouraging my friends to try and take up the sport and eventually they gave in and are now hooked.
“It started off with about six of us, I made contact with Laurence and invited him out with us and things have steadily grown from late 2012.
“As a group we decided that we wanted our own identity and made the joint decision to form an official cycling club under Cycling Ireland which is part of the UCI.
“Steven Lindsay is chairman, Jan Adaszkiewicz is treasurer and Conor McCavana is Child Protection Officer with the six other initial members forming the committee," said Marc who is the club secretary.
“Through many days' deliberation we finally decided to call the club Rule 5 Cycling Antrim and after much more deliberation we have our full kit designed and available to purchase."
