Rising star Peter sets his sights on Kingspan showdown thumbnail

A RANDALSTOWN schoolboy has become one to watch after landing a spot on the Ulster Rugby High Performance Pathway.
Peter Cullen - whose mother is a keen fan of the sport - began to train at Randalstown Rugby Club 10 years ago and his previous experience in hurling and football helped his natural flair shine through.
Now 16, the St Benedict's College student has managed to balance his numerous sports with a superb academic record and a number of extra curricular activities.
Along with a few other young lads in the rugby club, Peter has worked his way up through the echelons and is currently awaiting his U16 Cup semi-final home game against Malone this weekend to secure a visit to Kingspan.
