Injured mountain biker 'can't thank Antrim Hospital enough'

A LOCAL man has praised Antrim Area Hospital after he was rushed to the Emergency Department following a serious mountain biking accident.

Niki Adair, who has represented Ireland in Sidecarcross, was left with numerous fractures - including two vertebrae - and a badly bruised lung after the accident last Tuesday evening (December 4).

Formerly from Randalstown but now living in Antrim, Niki said the care he received at the ED was ‘second to none’.
