A TERRIFED woman has begged those responsible for terrorising her in her own home to leave her in peace.
Two attacks in a matter of weeks, in which her windows have been smashed, have left Jennifer Logan ‘devastated’.
The latest incident occurred in the early hours of yesterday morning (Monday) as she lay in bed at her Randalstown home.
“I was just dozing over, it was about 12.30am and the next thing I heard the bangs,” she said.
“I got up and looked out and I could see two people in hoodies but I couldn’t see their faces at all.
“They obviously had something on them to break the windows so I was too scared to go out.
“They ran away and climbed over a fence and that was when I phoned the police.
“They were great, they came out very quickly.”
The incident brought back painful memories for Jennifer (pictured right) who was at home with a friend just a few weeks ago when her front door window was smashed in around 4am.
“I’m not sure what’s going on,” an emotional Jennifer told the Guardian.
“I haven’t done anything to anybody and my neighbours are horrified too.
“I don’t know if someone has taken a vendetta against me or if the past has come back to haunt me.
“I’m in remission from breast cancer and I’ve been trying to turn my life around after a difficult past.
“I have been doing voluntary work in the Hope and a Future charity shop and going to church but I’m at the end of my tether.
“I haven’t done anything and this has just started.
“I just want to be left alone to live in peace.”
