Antrim Technology Park has been listed by the commercial property agents CBRE for offers greater than £5.5m.
Current tenants at the site include sensors company Sensata, IT support and security firm Nitec, electricity supplier Power NI and medical technology firm Fortress Diagnostics.
The park was sold by economic development agency Invest NI in 2021 after going on the market for offers over £6.95m.
There are 13 buildings in the park, of which two are factories of over 20,000 and 40,000 sq ft in size.
The other buildings are largely office space, and vary in size from 1,830 sq ft to 12,180 sq ft.
Four of the buildings have been sold and are on long leaseholds, while the listing also advertises “a number of potential development sites” at the park.
The park also features a “substantial amount of landscaping, mature trees and shrubbery” across it and is popular with dog walkers.
It has a number of service roads onsite, along with “good level of dedicated car parking to each unit.”
Antrim Technology Park was opened in 1986, having been developed for a number of years by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment, the predecessor of the Department for the Economy.
The park is 15 minutes away from the International Airport, and around 25-35 minutes from Larne and Belfast docks.
