The Templepatrick community turned out in force last week Templepatrick Health Fair, held in The Rabbit Hotel.

The event brought together 23 organisations and more than 120 attendees for a morning of conversation, connection, and practical health advice.

The Health Fair, organised by Templepatrick Action Community Association (TACA), created a welcoming space for local residents to meet health and wellbeing professionals, discover community resources, and take steps toward improving their physical, financial and mental wellbeing.

Visitors had the opportunity to chat with representatives from a wide range of organisations covering topics such as healthy living, financial wellbeing, mental health, physical fitness, financial wellbeing, and community support services.

TACA Chair, Billy Cathcart said: “We were delighted with the turnout and support from everyone who came along.

“Local events like this really show how groups and organisations can make a difference in their community".

The event was made possible thanks to the generous support of The Enkalon Foundation, Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, and The Rabbit Hotel, whose contributions helped bring the day to life.

TACA extends sincere thanks to all participating organisations and volunteers who gave their time and expertise to make the Health Fair such a success.
